I was really happy to pull the Tarte Cosmetics Tarteist quick dry matte lip paint in rosé. I love that this lipstick is vegan friendly. In addition, it gives your lips a velvet matte finish (I think of it as a comfortable matte). It's very buildable so you can amp it up if you want.
