My March Ipsy Glam Bag with Discount Codes

The first thing I pulled out of my bag was the Dirty Little Secret Cosmetics Blush in Kitty Pink.  This is a light peach shade that has a good amount of pigment that makes it super buildable.  It lasts all day which is so great!  This blush is $14, but you can get it for 20% (this or any other product) by going to the DLS site and using code IPSY20.

Next in the bag was the Elizabeth Mott Blending Brush.  This is a cruelty-free brush made with synthetic bristles.  This brush is great for power or cream shadows as it won't absorb too much product.  If you Elizabeth Mott and use the code BLENDING50 for 50% off.  This brush is $15 which bring the running value of this month's bag to $29.

I was really happy to pull the Tarte Cosmetics Tarteist quick dry matte lip paint in rosé.  I love that this lipstick is vegan friendly.  In addition, it gives your lips a velvet matte finish (I think of it as a comfortable matte).  It's very buildable so you can amp it up if you want.  This lip paint is $20 for the full size and the sample value comes in at $3.33.  The running value of the bag is at $32.33  If you are looking for a bit of a discount from Tarte, use code IPSYMAR for 20% off your purchase.

Also in the bag was the PÜR Cosmetics Disappearing Ink 4-in-1.  This product claims to have a "Diamond Complex" to reflect light.  It is super pigmented and goes on very smoothly.  Many "good for your skin" ingredients make up this
conceler.  It retails for $24 and the sample has a value of $14.12.  The running value of the bag is up to $46.45.

Last in the bag was the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer.  I received a similar product a few months ago and it's not a bag moisturizer.  This one is very lightweight and is great for sensitive skin as it's free of many irritating ingredients.  It includes oatmeal to sooth any itchiness associated with dry skin and brings some hydration with shea butter and avocado oil.   The full size version is $24 and this sample has a value of $4.80.  This bring the total value of the bag up to $51.25.  If you love First Aid Beauty, head over to their  site and use code IPSY0317 for 15% off your purchase.

If you are looking to see what $10 can get you (and ask you can see it's a lot!) head over to Ipsy and check them out.

Gift for the little girl in your life

Shopping for gifts is something difficult for me so I'm always on the lookout for any suggestions.  In my searches I come across some of these things that I want to share with you.  I'm really excited because some things that I loved when I was younger are back!!

Friendship Bracelet Kit

The classic book on a classic craft, with designs ranging from simple to simply amazing. The back cover is a clipboard so you can make bracelets directly beside their instructions. Comes with supplies to make at least one bracelet for each of your 12 closest friends.

Spirograph Card Creations

I'm so excited that this came back; I love playing with this when I was younger and I am really considering getting this set for myself.  What I really love about this kit is that it's a card making kit.  So not only can you have fun with it but you'll be able to share your creations when you give the card to someone.

Girls love having their nails done, but many polishes are filled with chemical.  These nail wraps are super cute and are non-toxic vinyl wraps that apply with the heat from your nail dyer.  There are so many different designs to choose from and there are even some matching ones that come in adult sizes so you can match with your little girl.

February Ipsy Bag and Discount Codes

My February Ipsy bag came and I'm here to share it with you.  A few of the items came with some discount codes so be sure to check them out.  So let's get right into it!

The first item is Lip & Eye Cream from The Organic Pharmacy.  It reduces puffiness, dark circle and lines around your eyes and hydrates your lips while making them look plump and moist.  A total multitasker.  The full size is 10ml and retails for $48.  The product included was full size (score!).

Sticking with lips, the next item is the NYX Butter Lipstick in the color Lifeguard.  It has a satin finish and is so creamy.  The full size version is $6 and that's what was included in this bag.  NYX is currently giving 25% the purchase of their Butter Lipsticks by going to their website and using code BUTTERUP.

On to the face we have the IBY Beauty Highlighter in Bubbly.  While technically a highlighter this pressed powder can also be used as a shadow or to add some shimmer on your lips.  It is a peachy pink color and that applies very smoothly.  Head over the IBY Beauty website for 50% off your whole purchase with code IPSY 2017.  This highlighter is $12 for the full size and that's what came in the bag.

Staying on your face, the next items is the Elizabeth Mott Whatup Beaches Matte Bronzer.  In general matte bronzers look more natural than shimmery bronzer.  It is very bendable so you can get the look your want.  This item is $25 for 8g and the sample included has a value of _____.  If you want your own or anything else from Elizabeth Mott you can can get 50% off your purchase with the code IPSYBRONZER.

With all of these face products you'll need something to apply them with.  Luckily Luxie Beauty included their 514 Rose Gold Blush Brush in this month's bag.  The bristles are vegan, synthetic and cruelty-free.  Plus it has a domed shape so it works great for dusting on highlighters and bronzers.  This brush is $18 and you can get it, and other brushes, for
30% by going to the Luxie site and using code IPSYBLUSH.
